Arlo Solutions is supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Office of Integrity and Compliance to stand up the VA War Room. The Program Analyst provides analytical, documentation and operational support for fraud, waste and abuse case work and governance reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience with federal healthcare program integrity or FWA work.
• Strong analytical, research and documentation skills.
• Experience preparing reports, briefings, SOPs and tracking tools for federal clients.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to handle short-turnaround requests.

Aufgaben

• FWA Lead & Case Development Support: organize case documentation and evidence; help assemble War Room referral packages.
• Weekly Decision Packages: prepare analytic runs and decision-ready case packages with facts, analysis and traceability.
• Tracking & Oversight: maintain overpayment, recovery and referral status tracking registers and logs.
• Fraud Risk & Internal Controls Support: assist with risk assessments, internal controls, root cause analysis and remediation planning.
• Quality Audits & QA: apply QA checklists and sample plans; support reviews of workpapers and deliverables.
• Case Management Workflow: help develop intake/triage SOPs, case lifecycle and workflow maps.
