Job summary

Ignite Visibility is hiring an entry-level Franchise Success Account Manager for the Account Services team. The role is fully remote and focuses on client service, relationship-building, and supporting franchisees across Ignite Visibility products and services.

A business development mindset, quick learning, and strong communication are essential. The ideal candidate has a marketing/business degree and 2+ years in account services or related roles, with experience in HubSpot and cross-team

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of account services experience in digital marketing channels or a degree in digital marketing plus internship experience in marketing.
2+ years of sales, customer service experience, or client services.
Ability to communicate rapidly and effectively with all parties involved in projects, in English, present, and influence stakeholders.
Thrives in high growth and fast-paced agency settings.
Franchise or multi-location marketing exposure.
Proven ability to juggle a good volume of account management projects.
Proven ability to build rapport with clients and solve problems effectively.

Responsibilities

Provides front-line customer service to support franchisees and increase client satisfaction.
Understand client contracts and selling opportunities to generate revenue.
Assist in onboarding of new franchise locations and liaise between corporate and franchises.
Understand clients' sales and marketing processes to consult and optimize HubSpot usage.
Assist Account Managers in developing strategic documentation and drive results with internal teams.
Support meetings scheduling, agendas, and documentation; ensure reports and billing are up-to-date.
