Ignite Visibility is seeking an experienced FAM Trainer to design, deliver, and continuously improve the training ecosystem for Franchise Account Managers. This role blends franchise expertise with instructional design to accelerate ramp time, deepen partner relationships, and drive commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Franchise Account Manager or equivalent field sales role.
• 2+ years in a formal training, coaching, or sales enablement capacity.
• Ability to design and deliver structured learning programs beyond on‑the‑job shadowing.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing complex franchise relationships.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain a structured FAM development program with onboarding and ongoing development.
• Lead virtual and in‑person training for new FAMs and current team members.
• Coach FAMs using call observations, CRM data, and performance metrics; provide individualized development plans.
• Equip FAMs to handle franchisee conversations, de‑escalation, and solution alignment.
• Track training effectiveness and continuously improve the program based on feedback and outcomes.
• Partner with HR, Marketing, Product, Operations and other teams to keep training commercially relevant.
