Job Title: Remote Franchise Sales Representative – eSports Centers

Location: Remote (U.S.-based, work from anywhere)

Job Type: Full-Time / Commission-Based

Compensation: Commission + Performance Bonuses (High earning potential)

About the Role:

Are you passionate about gaming, business development, and entrepreneurship? Do you have a proven ability to close high-ticket deals and build strong relationships? We are looking for a Remote Franchise Sales Representative to help expand one of the fastest-growing eSports center networks in the U.S.

In this role, you’ll connect with aspiring business owners across the country, guide them through the franchise process, and help them launch their own Contender eSports gaming centers — all from your home office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through inbound inquiries, networking, referrals, and targeted outreach
  • Conduct virtual consultations with potential franchisees, explaining the Contender eSports model, support systems, and market potential
  • Present franchise investment details and guide prospects through the application, funding, and onboarding process
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with leadership to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates
  • Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a deep understanding of the gaming and franchise industries.

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B sales, franchise development, or high-ticket closing
  • Strong interest or background in gaming, tech, or entertainment industries
