Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or related field.
• 7-10 years of leadership experience in Franchise Operations or managing multi-unit restaurant operations.
• Must have strong communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence and strategic alignment with franchisees.
• Coach franchisees to improve sales, profitability, and standards.
• Lead compliance with brand standards and marketing programs.
• Use data analytics to guide actions and monitor KPIs.
• Develop and deliver strategic business plans with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor franchisee performance through site visits and reviews.
