Job summary

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Franchise Development professional to drive growth by identifying opportunities, conducting market research, and networking with owners and developers across the Full Service & Lifestyle brands.

You will analyze market conditions, align prospects with brand fit, and advance opportunities through the sales pipeline. Expect roughly 80% travel and a dynamic, relationship-driven role.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Practical sales experience preferred.
• Hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently identify and cultivate new franchise development opportunities.
• Analyze market conditions, competitive landscapes, and trends to guide plans.
• Develop strategies for conversion and new construction across Full Service & Lifestyle brands.
• Evaluate prospective franchisees and determine brand alignment.
• Build relationships with owners, developers, brokers, and managers.
• Assist prospective franchisees through licensing and application stages.
• Maintain communication with partners to support growth initiatives.
• Achieve lead generation and pipeline development goals.
