Job summary

Oneleet is a fast-growing security and compliance platform building solutions that simplify cybersecurity and regulatory compliance for customers. This role focuses on expanding support for new frameworks, refining the control library, and keeping frameworks up to date with changes.

You will edit JSON configurations, write small automation scripts, and help customers meet requirements efficiently as the product scales in a remote-first, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• Experience with major compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS).
• Ability to edit structured configuration files (JSON) and write basic scripts for rule updates and validation checks.
• Strong logical and technical fluency to automate rules and maintain the control library.

Responsibilities

• Research new frameworks and map requirements to the current control library.
• Evaluate the control library for inefficiencies and keep it focused.
• Build automations or documentation to help customers meet requirements with minimal effort.
• Improve the compliance product to simplify compliance for customers.
