Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior leader to drive compliance automation within Product Security. You will own the technical roadmap for encoding the Common Controls Framework and lead a team of compliance engineers to build scalable automation solutions.

Responsibilities include architecting continuous control monitoring, deploying agentic automation for lifecycle tasks, and shaping engineering standards and reviews for compliance artifacts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in compliance engineering, security engineering, or software engineering.
• 3+ years leading technical teams building compliance or security automation systems.
• Hands-on experience building automation with Apex and/or Java, Python, SQL, and SOQL.
• Deep familiarity with security control frameworks.
• Experience building data pipelines and APIs.
• Engineering-led approach to audit.
• Familiarity with agentic or LLM-based workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, deployment, and scaling of compliance automation within Product Security.
• Own the technical roadmap for encoding Common Controls Framework.
• Lead a program along with a team of compliance engineers.
• Architect and operate continuous control monitoring.
• Deploy agentic automation for compliance lifecycle tasks.
• Own the engineering standards and code review culture for compliance artifacts.
• Partner with compliance, product, and engineering as a technical counterpart.
