Job summary

Gofractional is seeking a Fractional Director of Credentialing & Enrollment Services to lead credentialing, re-credentialing, and payer enrollment for a diverse healthcare client portfolio. You will drive scalable processes, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction while guiding a global, remote/hybrid team.

You will oversee PSV protocols, NCQA/CMS standards, and CAQH/PECOS/NPPES workflows, ensuring timely renewals, accurate documentation, and efficient onboarding strategies across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7+ years of progressive experience in provider credentialing and payer enrollment, including management-level responsibility.
• Deep working knowledge of NCQA credentialing standards, CMS enrollment regulations, and CAQH/PECOS/NPPES systems.
• Proven ability to manage and develop teams of 10+ credentialing and enrollment professionals.
• Proficiency with credentialing software platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for credentialing and enrollment service delivery across multiple clients.
• Oversee end-to-end credentialing lifecycle and enrollment processes for diverse provider types.
• Direct payer enrollment, re-enrollment, and revalidation activities across payers.
• Lead a geographically distributed, multi-location team ensuring quality and consistency.
• Develop SOPs, workflows, and training documentation; leverage data analytics to drive improvements.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and lead audits and quality assurance programs.
