Kinect Solar, based in Austin and serving customers nationwide, seeks a technology executive to own the technology plan, oversee providers, and guide AI opportunities during a 90-day engagement.

You will build solutions, delegate work to staff and specialists, and partner with the CFO and CEO to drive measurable improvements in CRM, data flows, and operations. Remote with occasional travel is expected.

Formación

• Experience as a Head of Technology or equivalent leader responsible for improving business systems and delivering measurable results.
• Proven results improving CRM use, connecting business systems, and reducing manual work with a lean team and limited budget.
• Experience putting AI into daily work, measuring accuracy and time saved, protecting data, training staff, and helping people adapt.
• Hands-on experience improving NetSuite, HubSpot, and AI tools, with executive responsibility for business systems and teams.
• Understanding of daily operations, forecasts, profit margins, and financial checks; ability to work with finance, sales, and operations.
• Sound technical judgment, clear communication with leaders, and experience developing staff and managing outside specialists.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as technology executive accountable for priorities, team direction, providers, and delivery.
• Work directly in NetSuite, HubSpot, and AI tools to assess problems, test ideas, or deliver targeted fixes.
• Delegate implementation and specialist work appropriately, and ensure staff can use and support the results.
• Decide what to buy, adjust, connect, or build based on business value and ongoing cost.
• Disclose financial ties to any provider you recommend.
• Lead weekly steering meetings with the board and key executives, maintaining a simple scoreboard.
