Job summary

Modern Foundation is seeking a fractional technology leader who remains hands‑on to architect and build a robust stack powering a data‑centric business. You will write code, shape data foundations, and align tracking with KPIs in collaboration with the media team.

In this part‑time, contract role, you’ll drive AI innovation, oversee security and compliance (ADA/GDPR/CCPA/HIPAA), manage cloud infrastructure (GCP), and mentor staff while engaging with clients on CRO and measurement strategies.

Qualifications

• Hands-on software and data solution development experience.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform and security best practices.
• Experience securing enterprise environments and Cloudflare.
• Strong AI strategy and familiarity with LLM frameworks.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on development and architecture of scalable data foundations.
• Strategic governance: reporting, budgets, licensing, compliance.
• Participate in client pitches and translate tech into value.
• Lead AI innovation, prototyping and deployment.
• Manage infrastructure, security, SSO, and Cloudflare.
• Engage with clients to align tracking and CRO.
• Lead SEO, GEO efforts and API endpoints design.
• Mentor team and scale technical capabilities.
