Job summary

Jobgether in the United States seeks a senior technology leader to guide the company’s tech strategy, delivery, and external partnerships. You will drive CRM optimization, assess systems, and define a roadmap with measurable outcomes.

You will work hands-on with NetSuite, HubSpot, and AI tools, while building scalable processes, data governance, and automation. This role requires cross-functional leadership and executive-level communication.

Qualifications

• Executive technology leadership experience required.
• CRM adoption and integration expertise with lean teams.
• Hands-on NetSuite, HubSpot and AI tool familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Technology strategy and leadership guiding priorities and delivery.
• Initial 30-day assessment to set roadmap, budget, and success metrics.
• Optimize CRM; define approach, ownership and timeline.
• Hands-on work with NetSuite, HubSpot, and AI tools when needed.
• Introduce automation for RFQ intake and call screening; measure impact.
• Improve data quality; establish ownership and training for adoption.
• Define scope for AI/operational releases and quality checks.
• Standardize RFQ workflows with clear ownership and visibility.
• Manage external providers with clear plans, deadlines and costs.
• Assess team skills, plan hiring/training, and present resource plan.
• Lead weekly board reporting with performance dashboards.
• Plan next technology investments and handover readiness.
