Competenze

• Has built people systems at early-stage startups, ideally SaaS or software, through the 10 to 50+ stage.
• Hands-on experience with performance review, compensation, and long-term incentive design.
• Strong judgment about when a framework helps and when it just adds process.

Mansioni

• Design a performance review approach for a ~10-person team.
• Build compensation bands using market data and define merit increases, promotions, and market adjustments.
