Job summary

CTG, a Cegeka company, is seeking a FPGA Design Engineer for a remote, ongoing contract. You will design, develop, integrate and validate FPGA-based systems, perform architecture and verification, and collaborate with hardware, software, and systems teams.

The role requires FPGA design experience, VHDL/Verilog, embedded programming, and knowledge of high-speed interfaces. Excellent English communication is essential for interaction with a diverse group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate, and validate FPGA-based systems.
• Perform FPGA architecture, digital logic design, coding, simulation, and verification.
• Develop and validate high-speed I/O interfaces and communication protocols.
• Support system integration, hardware bring-up, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and systems engineering teams.
• Optimize FPGA timing, performance, power, and resource utilization.
• Support requirements analysis, design reviews, and technical documentation.
