Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field required.
• MBA, Master's in Finance or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• At least 6 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience with budgeting and executive reporting.
• Experience in Aerospace & Defense or multi-business-unit environments preferred.
• ITAR eligibility or U.S. person status required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual operating budget and multi-year long-range planning cycle with department heads.
• Own monthly and quarterly rolling forecast with variance analysis.
• Build driver-based models linking operational activity to financial outcomes.
• Develop scenarios and sensitivity analyses to support executive decisions.
