Job summary

Rocket Software, Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented Financial Analyst to own renewal-related financial workflows and KPIs in support of Finance leadership and executives. The role partners with Renewals, Sales and integration teams to ensure accurate account assignments and timely reporting.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in Finance or Accounting, strong Excel expertise, and the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of finance or accounting experience in a corporate setting.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and advanced formulas.
• Ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
• Comfort presenting to C-level executives and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Streamline financial renewal reporting and drive process improvements.
• Support monthly reporting, rolling forecasts, and annual budgeting cycles.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to analyze performance vs plan.
• Provide ad hoc financial analyses and executive-level summaries.
