Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced finance business partners to help train our AI language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. The role focuses on crafting and refining AI-generated presentations and decks for monthly reporting, headcount and opex exhibits, and scenario analyses.

We require 3+ years in FP&A or business finance, exceptional PowerPoint skills, and precise written communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FP&A, business finance, or commercial finance at a significant company.
• Strong expertise in financial charting, bridges/waterfalls, and reporting packs.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop monthly reporting slides, bridges and waterfalls, and headcount/opex exhibits.
• Draft commentary for finance reviews with strong written communication.
