Job summary

Netflix is seeking an FP&A Associate in Providence, RI, to support HR/Ability planning, budgeting, and reporting. You will help organize headcount and cost analyses, work with cross-functional teams, and deliver timely insights to influence strategic decisions.

The role requires solid financial analysis experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Excel, with Anaplan or Essbase a plus, is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of financial insight or equivalent experience in HR/planning/analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Strong track record of identifying gaps, conducting analyses, and communicating findings concisely.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Organize monthly and quarterly headcount and budget variances for estimate vs actuals.
• Monitor financial and headcount plans across HR/Ability sites.
• Support scenario modeling to inform internal direction.
• Prepare dashboards and various expectations for HR/Ability functions.
• Assist ad-hoc reporting and analytical tasks.
• Own the processes related to headcount planning and people cost budgeting for HR/Ability and help identify trends and drivers.
