Job summary

Eliassen Group seeks an FP&A Manager / Senior Manager to develop a long-term strategic budget, build a 3–5 year outlook, confirm actuals, and support the next annual budgeting cycle.

The consultant will extract and structure data from NetSuite, create reporting to track performance versus plan, and partner with leadership to translate insights into actionable financial recommendations. Engagement is part-time at three days per week for three months, with potential extension.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience including data extraction and reporting.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience creating executive presentations and KPI dashboards.
• Consumer products or manufacturing background preferred.
• Consulting experience and ability to work three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Develop a multi-year financial model and long-range plan.
• Build annual budgets and rolling forecasts with scenario analysis.
• Extract, reconcile, and validate NetSuite data.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly variance analyses.
• Create executive-ready dashboards to track KPIs and trends.
• Partner with leadership to translate insights into budget actions.
• Establish planning calendars and process controls.
• Support ad hoc pricing, margin, and cost analyses.
