Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an FP&A Manager / Senior Manager to develop a long-term strategic budget, build a 3 to 5 year outlook, confirm actuals, and support the next budgeting cycle. The consultant will extract data from NetSuite and create reporting to track performance versus plan, partnering with leadership to translate insights into actionable financial recommendations.

Engagement is part-time at three days per week for an initial three-month term with potential extension; the stated hourly

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Hands-on NetSuite data extraction and reporting.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling with scenario planning.
• Experience creating executive-level presentations and KPI dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year strategic financial model and long-range plan.
• Build annual budgets and rolling forecasts with scenario analysis.
• Extract, reconcile, and validate data from NetSuite.
• Prepare variance analyses for monthly and quarterly results.
• Create executive-ready reports and dashboards to track KPIs.
• Partner with leadership to translate insights into budget actions.
• Establish planning calendars, templates, and process controls.
• Support ad hoc pricing, margin, and cost optimization analyses.
