Job summary

Reachdesk is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead planning, forecasting, and performance narrative for a multi-entity SaaS gifting business across the US, UK, Portugal, and Australia. You will own the reporting, analytics, and automation initiatives, driving data-driven decisions with a lean team.

In this modern finance role you’ll combine financial storytelling with hands-on analysis, build the operating model, and partner with data owners to ensure data integrity and scalable reporting.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or a closely related analytical role.
• Advanced financial modeling and a strong command of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Hands-on data skills: SQL and BI or analytics tools, and comfort working across multiple source systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the consolidated operating model across all entities and revenue streams.
• Own the reporting data layer that spans NetSuite, Salesforce, DealHub, and analytics tooling.
• Partner with data owners to specify finance’s reporting, data, and integration requirements and ensure data quality.
• Define and monitor data integrity checks to keep forecasts and dashboards reliable as volumes scale.
• Build and maintain self‑service dashboards and reporting for finance and cross‑functional stakeholders.
