Garner Health is seeking an FP&A Manager, GTM to drive strategic financial analysis and scalable processes for a fast-growing healthcare company. You will report to the Director, FP&A and collaborate with the CRO and CMO on pipeline reviews, channel bets, and budget allocations.

The role is fully remote in the United States, offering a base salary and equity incentives along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 4-8+ years of experience in finance or GTM/sales finance at a high-growth startup.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Salesforce reporting.
• Experience with AI tooling and GTM forecasting is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across departments.

Responsabilités

• Lead monthly GTM reporting: pipeline, conversion, CAC and channel spend with variance analysis.
• Own GTM budget and re-forecast cycle including demand-gen envelope and reallocation.
• Build and own pipeline coverage model to hit bookings targets.
• Own GTM unit economics: CAC, payback, LTV, and net revenue retention by segment.
• Partner with CRO and CMO as finance counterpart in pipeline reviews and budget decisions.
• Conduct in-depth ad-hoc financial analyses for new business opportunities.
