Job summary

DoiT is seeking a Manager, FP&A to lead a small high-performing team in building and maintaining standard internal and external reporting, driving corporate planning cadence, and instilling a performance management system to improve growth and margins across our SaaS businesses.

You will work directly with senior finance leaders and department heads, shaping strategic finance initiatives and driving digital innovations in FP&A across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in FP&A, finance, or management consulting.
• Experience running a monthly financial close cycle end-to-end.
• Experience producing board or investor-level materials.
• Strong stakeholder management - able to present to CFO and C-suite.
• Background in a high-growth technology or SaaS business preferred.
• Experience mentoring junior analysts.
• Exceptional financial narrative - turns numbers into decisions.
• Advanced Google Sheets / Excel; large, complex models.
• Experience with NetSuite or equivalent ERP.
• Structured thinker - can design a process from scratch, document it, and hold it.
• Commercially curious - understands the business model, not just the P&L.
• Knowledge or desire to learn data science and AI capabilities in finance.
• High attention to detail combined with pace - near close deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve all FP&A deliverables before distribution to CFO, heads, or external parties.
• Own the quality standard: zero unexplained variances in any Corp FP&A output.
• Deliver financial review products and cadence with the CFO, ELT and Investors.
• Lead the Annual Operating Plan process - kickoff, timeline, department challenge, present consolidated P&L.
• Own the FP&A close calendar and close playbook; set deadlines and improve timelines.
• Design and maintain the close calendar, cadences, and SOPs.
• Manage and performance-review Senior IC and Junior IC; weekly 1:1s.
• Approve the Finance Engineer's FP&A automation roadmap quarterly.
• Build trusted relationships with department counterparts through insights.
• Manage model integration and data handoff with Strategic Finance team.
