Job summary

Clearwave Fiber LLC is seeking a Manager, FP&A and Reporting to own the full monthly reporting cycle, planning calendar, and automated data flows across ERP, planning, and BI environments. You will manage a small team, define metric definitions, and ensure timely, accurate reporting for management, Board, and lenders.

The role emphasizes reducing manual processes, improving accuracy, and leveraging modern AI tools for efficiency. Remote work is allowed within eligible U.S. states.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive FP&A, financial reporting, or corporate finance experience with recurring monthly reporting ownership.
• Hands-on ownership of planning or reporting systems (TM1, Anaplan, Adaptive, Pigment) and BI environments (Power BI or Tableau).
• Experience building or rebuilding end-to-end reporting/planning processes.
• Advanced Excel for building and auditing reporting models.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly reporting cycle end to end including management reporting, Board and sponsor reporting, and variance commentary.
• Own the planning calendar and system of record, including input collection, version control, and budget/forecast review.
• Build and maintain automated data flows across ERP, planning, and BI environments to reduce manual rekeying.
• Own operating metric reporting with defined definitions and a single source of truth.
• Produce departmental budget-to-actual reporting and support forecast accuracy and cost control.
• Manage and develop FP&A Reporting Analyst, ensuring quality before senior audiences.
• Apply AI tooling (e.g., Claude) to automate reporting, documentation, and quality checks.
