Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a Finance & Strategic Operations Manager for a 100% remote role in the United States. You will lead regional budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A across multiple locations, building models, dashboards, and KPI trackers to guide strategic decisions.

You will partner with leadership to assess performance, labor trends, margins, and risks, delivering weekly and monthly reports with variance analyses and actionable recommendations for investments and improvements.

Qualifications

• BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance; multi-site or field-based experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of PowerBI or another data visualization platform.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and FP&A processes across multiple branch locations.
• Build and maintain financial models, reporting packages, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools to guide decision-making.
• Partner with leadership to evaluate financial performance, labor trends, margin performance, and business risks.
• Deliver weekly and monthly financial and operational reporting packages while performing regular variance and profitability analyses.
• Translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations to support strategic investments and operational improvements.
