RTX is hiring a Financial Analyst (P4) to join the ES FP&A Digital Finance team in a remote US-based role. You will build models, dashboards, and automated workflows, ensuring CAS/FAR compliance while supporting budgets and long-range planning.

You’ll partner with ES leadership to translate complex data into actionable insights for executive audiences. You will drive cost-structure optimizations across digital programs, manage overhead costs, and prepare executive-level briefings.

Formación

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree and minimum 5 years of experience or 12 years without a degree.
• Subject-matter expertise in FP&A with ability to operate independently.
• Advanced experience with Excel, data & scenario modeling and financial systems.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain financial models, variance analyses, and dashboards using Power Query and Power BI.
• Identify and drive process improvements and automated financial workflows.
• Lead overhead cost center management across multiple service lines.
• Forecast and plan monthly, quarterly, and yearly with CAS/FAR compliance.
• Develop and maintain financial analyses to inform decisions and allocations.
• Partner with ES leadership to understand drivers and present insights.
• Analyze cost allocations and lead cost-structure transformation.
• Present executive-level briefings on performance, risks, and recommendations.
• Contribute to budgets and long-range plans with measurable impact.
• Serve as the lead technical resource for the Digital Finance team.
