Job summary

Affim is building a Bank's FP&A function and seeking a strategic leader to shape forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling during a pivotal growth phase. Reporting to the Bank CFO, you will build the finance team, supervise daily operations, and partner with Affim, Inc. to optimize financial workflows.

You will guide capital strategy, monitor performance against forecasts, and translate complex analyses into executive-ready narratives for stakeholders across the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in analytical roles with impact on business outcomes.
• Minimum 5 years of people management experience.
• Strong ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end forecasting and budget process aligned to startup goals.
• Develop robust financial models for planning, scenarios and forecasting.
• Oversee capital stress testing and monitoring with cross-functional inputs.
• Provide forward-looking insights and decision support to senior leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate financial workflows.
