Job summary

Children's Health in Texas is seeking a Finance Program Manager in Financial Planning and Analysis. This remote role partners with department leaders to translate financial data into actionable plans that support both enterprise goals and patient-centered care.

You will develop budgets, forecasts and financial reports, build advanced financial models, and mentor leaders in financial concepts to sustain strong performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years financial planning experience required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting and financial expertise to department leaders to understand financial variances and drive operational plans.
• Develop, distribute and discuss financial metrics, reports and analyses; support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Create financial impact assessments to support operational decision making.
• Teach and mentor operational leaders in financial concepts to raise organizational financial acumen.
• Develop and implement standard reporting and communication processes with leaders and their teams.
• Build sophisticated financial models to evaluate impacts and guide decisions.
