Qualifications

• Four years of full-time experience in management analysis, organizational analysis, business process analysis, project management, strategic planning, governmental operations, program administration, finance, policy analysis, process improvement, or a related field.
• Experience preparing analytical reports, recommendations, procedures, briefing materials, or other written products for management or executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Analyze organizational systems, procedures, and processes to identify efficiency opportunities and improvements.
• Coordinate and monitor complex projects, define scope, timelines, and deliverables; develop plans and tracking tools; monitor milestones and risks.
• Prepare executive-level reports, briefing materials, and presentations for leadership decisions.
• Research and implement process improvements, standardize procedures, and monitor results.
• Coordinate responses to legislative, stakeholder, and agency inquiries; collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
