Job summary

Openkrill is seeking a Finance Operations & FP&A Analyst/Manager to provide hands-on financial support across multiple portfolio companies. The role covers FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and finance operations, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and actionable insights for senior management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and modelling abilities.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly management reporting packages for multiple portfolio companies.
Analyse P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and key KPIs.
Build budgets, forecasts, and rolling financial projections.
Perform variance analysis and explain key drivers to management.
Develop financial models for new initiatives and partnerships.
Coordinate with bookkeepers, accountants, and external providers.
Support senior management with board materials and investor reporting.
