Armada is building edge AI infrastructure and seeks a Finance Manager to partner with Engineering, Product, and leadership, driving planning, investment strategy, and operational rigor across the org with emphasis on R&D.

The role reports to the Director of Strategic Finance and focuses on forecasting, scenario analysis, and resource allocation to accelerate innovation while maintaining fiscal discipline. Remote, US-wide.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of FP&A, strategic finance or related roles.
• Experience supporting Engineering, Product, R&D or technical teams.
• Strong financial modeling and headcount planning skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency required.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Engineering and Product to translate roadmaps into financial plans.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning for key functions.
• Build scenarios and financial models for investments and prioritization.
• Analyze variances and drive cost discipline and predictability.
• Develop scalable FP&A processes, dashboards, and automation.
