Arbitration Forums Inc. seeks an FP&A and Enterprise Risk Analyst in Tampa, FL. This full-time role combines financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic risk management to support decision-making and resilience across the organization.

You will partner with cross-functional leaders to improve forecasting accuracy, deliver management reports, and advance the ERM program, aligning risk with strategic goals while maintaining strong controls and governance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, financial analysis, or related field.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting.
• Exposure to enterprise risk management, internal controls, compliance, or governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses for management.
• Develop financial models, business cases, trend analyses, and scenario planning tools.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, and KPIs to identify opportunities and risks.
• Partner with department leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management.
• Assist in the preparation of executive leadership and board reporting materials.
• Support cash flow forecasting, capital planning, and other strategic financial analyses.
• Monitor organizational performance against budget and forecast expectations.
• Identify and implement improvements to financial reporting and planning processes.
• Support the administration and maintenance of the ERM framework.
• Coordinate periodic enterprise risk assessments with departmental and executive stakeholders.
