Kforce Inc in Tampa, FL seeks an FP&A/ERM Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. You will prepare management dashboards, perform variance analyses, and build financial models to support strategic decisions.

You will partner with department leaders on budgeting and performance management, assist in board reporting, and help maintain the Enterprise Risk Management framework across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• 3-5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, accounting or related experience.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain risk registers, mitigation plans, and dashboards.
• Prepare risk reports and governance presentations.
• Identify emerging strategic, operational, financial, compliance, and technology risks.

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking a FP&A/ERM Analyst. Financial Planning & Analysis:

• Support the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses for management
• Develop financial models, business cases, trend analyses, and scenario planning tools
• Analyze revenue, expenses, and key performance indicators to identify opportunities and risks
• Partner with department leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management
• Assist in the preparation of executive leadership and board reporting materials
• Support the administration and maintenance of the organization's Enterprise Risk Management framework
• Coordinate periodic enterprise risk assessments with departmental and executive stakeholders
• Maintain organizational risk registers, mitigation plans, and risk reporting dashboards
• Track key risks and monitor progress against mitigation strategies
• Prepare risk reports and presentations for executive leadership and governance committees
• Assist in identifying emerging strategic, operational, financial, compliance, and technology risks
• Support integration of risk management considerations into planning, budgeting, and decision-making processes
• Promote risk awareness and risk management best practices throughout the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, financial analysis, or a related field
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional designation
• Exposure to enterprise risk management, internal controls, compliance, or governance processes.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
