Job summary

King Risk Partners seeks a highly analytical Financial Analyst to join the corporate finance team in a remote capacity. The role will support FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting for a rapidly expanding, private equity–backed organization.

You will build and maintain financial models, administer planning tools like Workday Adaptive Planning, and provide insights on run-rate performance, QoE adjustments, and post-acquisition synergies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or transaction advisory services; private equity-backed setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and scale financial models for budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Administer Workday Adaptive Planning and ensure data integrity and streamlined reporting.
• Review target data for run-rate performance and historical structures in M&A context.
• Analyze QoE adjustments, identify pro forma changes and post-acquisition synergies.
• Design and automate dashboards and KPI reports using Power BI or Tableau.
• Perform monthly/quarterly variance analysis and provide leadership with actionable insights.
