Ladders is seeking an Associate Director of FP&A for Industrial: Manufacturing & Distribution in a Private Equity advisory setting. This remote-US role partners with portfolio company leaders to establish forecasting discipline, link operations to financial outcomes, and support strategic decision making.

You will own multi-year models, budgeting, costing, cash flow, and capital planning, guiding executives with executive dashboards and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in FP&A or restructuring, ideally in PE-backed industrial/manufacturing sectors.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and ability to connect operational metrics to financial outcomes.
• Advanced Excel skills for complex modeling and automation; proficiency in dashboarding tools like Power BI/Tableau
• Expertise in manufacturing cost management, including standard costing and variance analysis.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring junior staff in dynamic environments.
• Familiarity with AI tools and a commitment to continuous learning in emerging technologies.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into executive-ready presentations.

Responsabilités

• Develop multi-year financial models and convert strategic plans into actionable budgets and forecasts.
• Create executive dashboards linking operational efficiency to financial performance metrics.
• Refine costing processes and track profitability across various dimensions.
• Lead cash flow forecasting and support financial modeling under varying market conditions.
• Integrate demand and supply plans into financial forecasts to optimize working capital.
• Build business cases for operational improvements and oversee capital expenditure governance.
