CITGO Petroleum Corporation is seeking an FP&A Analytics & Technology Manager to lead automation, data solutions, and reporting architecture across FP&A and enterprise finance. You will partner with IT, Risk, Accounting, and business units to deliver scalable, secure finance technology and AI-enabled analytics.

This role focuses on building scalable Power Platform solutions, governing data, and standardizing KPI methodologies to improve decision support and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Advanced FP&A reporting, analytics, and modeling for enterprise decisions.
• Strong proficiency with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, DAX, and Alteryx.
• Experience in finance data architecture, governance, mapping, and lineage.
• Familiarity with GAAP, ERP, SAP, Oracle, or EPM FP&A tools.
• Ability to partner with IT and business units on system integration and support.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance automation, data solutions, and reporting architecture across FP&A.
• Design, build, and support Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SQL models.
• Establish data standards, governance, lineage, and KPI definitions.
• Drive process improvements and reusable data assets across finance teams.
• Partner with IT, Risk, Accounting, FP&A and business units on scalable solutions.
• Support CITGO's AI strategy with practical use cases and adoption plans.
