Initio Raise is building a global network of Founders in Residence—experienced operators who have raised capital and want to help the next generation of founders do it faster and better.

This is a high-leverage, advisory-driven role where you coach early-stage founders through the fundraising process using Initio’s platform, tools, and investor network.

You bring experience and pattern recognition; we provide infrastructure, deal flow, and access.

Qualifications

• Experience raising venture capital (pre-seed to growth).
• Strong understanding of investor psychology and fundraising dynamics.
• Ability to provide clear, direct, actionable feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 coaching and strategic guidance to founders raising capital.
• Review and refine pitch decks, financial models, and fundraising narratives.
• Help founders position their story for investors and navigate objections.
• Prepare founders for investor meetings and due diligence.
• Share insights from your own journey and patterns.
• Support founders through active fundraising cycles on the platform.
• Refer new founders into Initio Raise as you encounter them.
