Job summary

Initio Raise, powered by Initio Capital, is building a global network of Founders in Residence who have raised capital and want to help the next generation of founders do it faster and better.

This is a high-leverage, advisory-driven role where you coach founders through fundraising using Initio’s platform, tools, and investor network, with flexible, non-exclusive engagement and optional pathways into Venture Partner.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 coaching and strategic guidance to founders raising capital
• Review and refine pitch decks, financial models, and fundraising narratives
• Help founders position their story for investors and navigate objections
• Prepare founders for investor meetings and due diligence
• Share insights from your own journey (wins, mistakes, patterns)
• Support founders through active fundraising cycles on the platform
• Refer new founders into Initio Raise as you encounter them
