Initio Capital seeks seasoned founders-in-residence coaches to guide early-stage founders through fundraising on Initio Raise's platform. This remote, independent-contractor role offers ongoing advisory work and access to a vast investor network.

You’ll coach one-on-one, refine decks and models, help position stories for investors, and mentor through fundraising cycles while staying connected to the ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience raising venture capital across stages (pre-seed to growth).
• Strong understanding of investor psychology and fundraising dynamics.
• Ability to give clear, direct, and actionable feedback.
• High-context communicator with founder empathy.
• Credibility with early-stage founders.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1-on-1 coaching and strategic guidance to founders raising capital.
• Review and refine pitch decks, financial models, and fundraising narratives.
• Help founders position their story for investors and navigate objections.
• Prepare founders for investor meetings and due diligence.
• Share insights from your own journey and mentor through fundraising cycles.
• Refer new founders into Initio Raise.
• Stay involved as a part-time or project-based contributor.
