Initio Capital LLC is seeking experienced operators who have raised capital to mentor the next generation of founders as Founders in Residence. This remote, advisory-driven role is non-exclusive and lets you coach founders through fundraising using Initio’s platform and investor network.

You’ll provide 1-on-1 coaching, review pitch decks and financial models, help position stories for investors, and prepare founders for meetings.

Qualifications

• Extensive fundraising experience, with series A+ or meaningful rounds.
• Strong pattern recognition from founder journeys.
• Ability to provide clear, direct, actionable feedback.
• Experience mentoring founders and working in advisory roles.
• Comfort with flexible, part-time or project-based engagements.

About the Role

Initio Raise is building a global network of Founders in Residence (FIRs)—experienced operators who have raised capital and want to help the next generation of founders do it faster and better.

This is a high-leverage, advisory-driven role where you coach early-stage founders through the fundraising process using Initio’s platform, tools, and investor network.

You bring experience and pattern recognition.
We provide infrastructure, deal flow, and access.

What You’ll Do

Provide 1-on-1 coaching and strategic guidance to founders raising capital

Review and refine pitch decks, financial models, and fundraising narratives

Help founders position their story for investors and navigate objections

Prepare founders for investor meetings and due diligence

Share insights from your own journey (wins, mistakes, patterns)

Support founders through active fundraising cycles on the platform

Refer new founders into Initio Raise as you encounter them
