Outsourced Pro Global is seeking a proactive Social Media Specialist to own the Founder/CEO’s presence across multiple platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts. You will manage content from idea to publish and analyze performance to drive continuous improvement.

This remote, high‑ownership role requires rapid content iteration, strong editorial judgment, and the ability to work within a fast‑paced calendar and quarterly targets.

• Own day‑to‑day management of Founder/CEO’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts.
• Publish content to a daily calendar and ensure posts meet brand standards and platform specs.
