Job summary

One Day Foundation is seeking experienced entrepreneurs to mentor a portfolio of early-stage founders through structured 1:1 sessions. This is a paid contractor role, fully remote, with 5-10 mentees and one 30-minute call per founder each week, totaling about 10 hours per week including prep and feedback.

You’ll help founders validate ideas, build first products, win initial customers, and grow revenue in a practical, outcomes-focused way.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 hours per week.
• Fully remote with calls scheduled in US time zones.
• Mentor a portfolio of ambitious early-stage founders.
• Structured 1:1 mentorship with accountability and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, experience-led guidance on launching and scaling startups across sectors.
• Hold founders accountable to commitments and outcomes; offer candour and support.
• Review and feedback on practical assignments tied to milestones in their journey.
• Leverage your network to provide warm introductions, hiring leads, and customer conversations as needed.
