Job summary

Sayari is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer II to join our team in the United States. You’ll embed in customer environments, design demos and proofs of concept, and shepherd solutions from trial to production across enterprise data ecosystems.

You’ll own technical wins, build integrations with Python, SQL, and REST APIs, and collaborate with executives, engineers, and mission owners. Travel 25–30% is expected, with a focus on outcomes and delivery quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a client-facing technical role with deployments.
• 7-8+ years in software engineering or solutions consulting.
• Proven track record owning deployments end-to-end from win to production.
• Proficient in Python (Pandas) and SQL; REST API integration.
• Experience building on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with containers.
• Excellent executive communication and ability to work in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Win the technical evaluation with demos, proofs of concept, and trials.
• Deploy the agentic platform inside customer environments.
• Embed production Python, SQL, and integrations into data stacks and analytics stacks.
• Own the customer relationship and brief executives on outcomes.
• Identify capability gaps and influence the roadmap.
• Set delivery standards and mentor other engineers on accounts.
