• Clear communication with technical and business leaders to earn trust.
• Judgment on what should stay customer-specific vs. become part of the platform.
• Demonstrated curiosity, perseverance, and ownership when the path is unclear.
• Comfort moving between engineering, product, and customer problems.
• Willingness to travel and work alongside customers.
