Job summary

Rackspace Technology seeks a Solutions Architect, Forward Deployed, to lead presales for enterprise AI deployments. You embed with strategic customers to diagnose problems, co-design AI solutions on-site, and prove value with working prototypes across Palantir Foundry, AIP, and AWS Bedrock.

You will design production-grade AI applications, build rapid proofs of concept, and guide customers from first discussion to signed SOW and handoff, traveling up to 25% and sometimes working remotely from

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or mathematics.
10+ years in software engineering, data engineering, or AI/ML delivery with at least 4 years in presales or field engineering.
Proven presales or sales engineering track record: owning the technical win and delivering demos.
Experience designing enterprise-scale Palantir Foundry/AIP solutions.
Hands-on with Palantir AIP and integration to ERP/CRM/data warehouses.

Responsibilities

Drive top-of-funnel opportunity creation with sales, account teams, and partners.
Lead on-site discovery to diagnose business challenges and co-design AI solutions.
Translate needs into Statements of Work and Scope with actionable work packages.
Develop ROI models linking AI ambition to data foundation work.
Build rapid proofs of concept and production-grade AI applications.
