Job summary

Aldridge Pite, LLP is seeking a South Carolina Foreclosure Attorney to manage uncontested and contested foreclosure matters. Remote work is offered, with required in-person court appearances across the state.

The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctorate and be admitted to the South Carolina Bar, with at least five years’ experience in real estate default matters and foreclosure litigation, plus flexibility for part-time arrangements and travel within SC.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate and active SC Bar membership.
• Minimum five years’ experience in real estate default matters.
• Experience in uncontested and contested foreclosure litigation required.
• Reside in South Carolina; preference for Columbia/Florence/Charleston area.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients at mediations, hearings, and trials.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
• Analyze complaints and legal documents; conduct research.
• Communicate with clients and provide clear case updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver effective representation.
