Job summary

Automotive Warranty Network, Inc is seeking a Ford Warranty Administrator to join a growing team of 300 warranty administrators. The role offers remote work from anywhere in the U.S. and may also be based at our Greenwood Village, CO office for those nearby.

You will review warranty claims for Ford dealerships, ensure compliance, and process bookings, payments, and reconciliations using our CARS application. Full-time position with a non-compete, competitive salary and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have prior warranty admin experience at a franchised dealer.
• Excellent customer service and accurate claims processing.
• Willing to sign a non-compete agreement.
• Full-time requirement; no part-time positions.
• Maintain current certifications and knowledge of updated policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Review claims for manufacturer’s compliance with policy and procedures.
• Utilize our proprietary CARS application to assist in resolution of dealer compliance issues.
• Book claims.
• Close claims.
• Submit claims for payment.
• Account for and clear differences in payments.
• Maintain a clean warranty receivable schedule to ensure cash flow.
• Maintain appropriate certifications and knowledge of updated policies and procedures.
• Help dealerships stay compliant with manufacturer’s policies.
