Job summary

Stanislaus Food Products Co. seeks a Business Development Representative for the Atlanta area. This remote full-time role focuses on selling our tomatoes and olive oils to quality mom-and-pop restaurateurs, with target customers and key distributors supported by Corto Olive.

You will travel daily, present tastings, build relationships, and drive new business growth. The position offers career development opportunities and a competitive compensation package based on performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in foodservice, restaurant, or distribution industries.
• 2+ years of culinary experience working in restaurant operations.
• Willing to travel daily to visit clients, conduct in-person meetings, and develop new business.
• 2+ years of strong prospecting skills, including door-to-door outreach.
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in competitive environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Walking into restaurant kitchens, engaging chefs and owners in conversation, and conducting tastings to show products taste better than current brands.
• Influencing potential customers to begin purchasing our products from their distributor.
• Sales with a results-oriented drive.
• Maintaining confidence and displaying an exuberant attitude.
• Project a culinary or independent restaurant background.
• Partnering and collaborating with cross functional teams.
• Meet or exceed quota while working remote.
• Display excellent verbal, written, communications and presentation skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
