Job summary

Compass Group USA's ESFM division seeks a Quality Assurance Manager - Remote to develop and maintain QA programs, ensuring USDA, FDA and customer requirements. Strong Preventive Controls for Human Food knowledge and FSMA are essential.

Responsibilities include HACCP/GMP compliance, allergen controls, recall and traceability programs, and strong data reporting in a fast-paced facility environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Food Safety manufacturing role.
• HACCP program development and FSMA is a must.
• HACCP certification, PCQI and GFSI auditor certification a must.
• Strong understanding of third party and GFSI audit schemes.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to development and execution of product food safety and quality programs.
• Develops and maintains the Food Safety Plan.
• Ensures HACCP, GMPs and preventive controls meet USDA, FDA, FSIS, FSMA requirements.
• Oversees allergen controls and labeling accuracy.
• Maintains traceability and recall programs.
• Responds to customer safety and quality concerns.
