Job summary

Red Kite Recruiting is a boutique, woman-owned recruiting firm specializing in the nationwide placement of talent in the food manufacturing space. This fully remote role supports clients across the country with competitive base pay and uncapped commissions.

You will complete foundational training, master company processes and tools, proactively source passive candidates, and manage client and candidate relationships throughout the recruitment cycle.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of inside sales experience (food industry a plus).
• Excellent communication, time management, organization and technical skills.
• Able to work independently on a remote team with a proactive, positive attitude.
• Ethical, growth-minded and committed to ongoing learning.

Responsibilities

• Source passive candidates through outbound recruiting and sourcing tactics.
• Participate in full-cycle recruiting from kickoff to placement.
• Collaborate with clients to build layered sourcing strategies.
• Develop relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.
• Contribute to business development and client growth initiatives.
